I imagine that everyone has a feeling that they do not want to get out of bed in the morning, or at least hit the snooze button another time. After a busy week, the weekend finally arrives and we deserve to relax and take some time for ourselves. For me, the ideal way to relax is to read a good book. A few days ago at the bookstore, I came across the book The Body Book by Cameron Diaz. It immediately caught my interest after reading the introduction and I decided to purchase it. I am very satisfied with my purchase. Cameron shares advice in her book about how to be happy, healthy, and strong. She emphasizes that we should be more aware of the functioning of our most precious treasure: our body. You can find all the answers concerning how you can feel more comfortable in your own body. It is inspiring, funny, and sometimes even a controversial book. Definitely recommendable for anyone who would like to become more aware of how the body works!
